MySpace @Dorpstreet located at the intersection of the iconic Adam Tas Road and Dorp Street, forms a gateway to the well-known, historic Dorp Street. The brief requested a modern and convenient co-living space which takes advantage of its ideal location in one of South Africa’s most well-known student towns.
The building offers functional spaces for both residents and visitors. The architecture portrays a combination of modern architectural elements with the town’s distinctive cultural heritage and vernacular. It serves as a landmark building within the Adam Tas Corridor.
